1What is the difference between a transfer and the limousine service by time?
For a transfer, in contrast to the limousine service , a route from A to B is calculated and a fixed price is calculated for this. Classic transfers are, for example, airport transfers from or to the hotel. With this type of booking, a waiting time of 30 minutes is included in the price. Intermediate stops and round trips are excluded with this type of booking. With the limousine service by time, the calculation is not based on the distance, but on the time that the vehicle is needed. Your chauffeur is at your disposal the entire time and gives you freedom in planning. With the limousine service, we only differentiate between the city tariff and the touring tariff.
2What is the difference between the city tariff and the touring tariff for the limousine service by time?
The City Tariff covers the limousine service within the city area, so that 20 km per hour are included. As a result, the lower mileage compared to long distances is taken into account in the price. The minimum booking time here is 2 hours. The touring tariff takes into account further routes and is calculated by us without mileage restrictions. The minimum booking time here is 3 hours. This means you can conveniently use our limousine service for appointments in several cities without giving up the freedom to book by time. Your chauffeur is always ready for you. The tariffs are always calculated from/to the garage.
3Why is the limousine service calculated according to the time from/to the garage?
With this type of tariff, the actual use of the vehicle is calculated according to time. While with a simple transfer the return to the place of business always takes place without the guest and is already included in the price, we also have to take this into account with the limousine service by time.
4What are extra hours in the limousine service by time?
When booking by time, we calculate the minimum booking time on the one hand and the additional hours on the other. This enables us to create transparency for you in our price calculation. This way you can always see what it would cost if you needed the vehicle for a longer period of time.
5What vehicle categories do you offer?

6Why can't I find any stretch limousines among the vehicle types?
We do not offer this vehicle type.
7Where will my chauffeur meet me for an airport pickup?
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you right at the exit after your baggage claim. Please let us know your flight number.
8How do I recognize my chauffeur for airport pickup?
You will always be picked up by us with a pick-up sign of your choice. The names of the guests as well as a company logo can be used for this.
9Which languages ​​does my chauffeur speak?
Our drivers always have extensive language skills in German and English. We will be happy to provide you with a driver who speaks other languages ​​after prior consultation.
10What clothes do your drivers wear?
